Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The 18 Steps, a venture of Sharath A Haridasan Productions (OPC) Private Limited, we strive to provide quality talks, webinars, online courses, and workshops. This policy explains our guidelines on cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Webinars & Workshops: Once registered, cancellations are not allowed. However, if you cannot attend, you may contact us to check if access to a future session is possible.
  • Online Courses: Once purchased, online courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Subscriptions (if applicable): If you have subscribed to any recurring service, you can cancel future payments anytime, but past payments will not be refunded.

2. Refund Policy

We follow a strict no-refund policy, except in the following cases:

  • If a course, webinar, or workshop is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.
  • If you experience technical issues preventing access to paid content, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, a refund may be considered.
  • If an accidental duplicate payment occurs, we will process a refund for the extra charge upon request.

3. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
